Senior AI Researcher

As a Senior AI Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in developing and applying cutting-edge generative AI solutions to drive business value.

Job Overview:

Our team collaborates closely with customers to design, build, and deploy bespoke AI-powered solutions that transform their businesses. This involves working together with clients to identify opportunities, define project scope, develop and optimize AI models, and plan for large-scale solution implementation.

  • Design and execute experiments to research new AI algorithms and optimize risk, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML scientists and architects to develop and evaluate state-of-the-art AI solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their business challenges and provide expert guidance on implementing AI-powered solutions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • PhD degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or a highly quantitative field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python to build, train, and evaluate AI models.
  • 5+ years of experience in algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing.
  • 2+ years demonstrated experience with Large Language Model (LLM) and Foundational Model post-training, continual pre-training, fine-tuning, or reinforcement learning techniques.
  • Scientific publication track record at top-tier AI/ML/NLP conferences or journals.
