Job Overview

We are driving innovation in data science and artificial intelligence to transform the public sector.

This role plays a key part in planning and executing programmes to foster adoption of data & AI innovation, and develop related skills among diverse communities.

You will shape our AI innovation landscape by designing programmes that influence AI adoption and capability-building across the public sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design national-level AI innovation programmes aligned with public sector transformation goals.
  • Evaluate teams applying to join programmes based on clarity of problem statement, existing solutions, and impact on addressable markets.
  • Define programme success metrics and refine initiatives based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Track progress post-programme such as POV and funding application.
  • Plan logistics for programmes, including participant onboarding, schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Oversee event planning, including confirming collaborators, judging panels, and mentorship programs.
Community Engagement & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Forge partnerships with government agencies, industry, and academia to collaborate on impactful innovation initiatives.
  • Source speakers, mentors, and judges for events and programmes.
  • Build a dynamic community of data and AI enthusiasts, practitioners, and innovators across the public sector.
Programme Manager

What You Will Do
  1. Develop and implement AI innovation programmes that meet public sector needs.
  2. Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful programme outcomes.
  3. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and inform future programme development.
  4. Communicate effectively with programme participants, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless execution.
  5. Manage programme budgets and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
