We are seeking a highly skilled Data Strategist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to design, develop and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business value.

  • Design and develop innovative AI solutions that integrate with various applications, including electric vehicle charging systems, grid planning software, asset optimization tools, billing operations platforms, work site safety systems, and customer experience portals.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand user requirements, leverage domain knowledge, drive project targets, and deliver tangible results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt an iterative, agile AI delivery framework that ensures model quality, explainability, security, and performance.
  • Establish and implement AI governance practices, including model documentation, validation, security guardrails, performance monitoring, and ethical considerations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends, frameworks, and vendor solutions to inform internal adoption and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying AI solutions in cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace Transformers).
  • Excellent understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models, their pros and cons, and ability to evaluate them for different applications.
  • Extensive experience applying domain knowledge and statistical techniques in feature engineering to improve model performance and create innovative solutions.
  • Deep proficiency in at least one of the following: computer vision, natural language processing, time series modeling, network analysis, predictive maintenance, document understanding, RAG, PEFT fine-tuning, Agentic AI.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, proficient in translating technical results into actionable business insights for business leaders.
  • Experience deploying AI models to production, including containerization (Docker), APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks like Singapore's Model AI Governance Framework, EU AI Act, or NIST AI Risk Framework.
  • Knowledge in energy technology or related domains.
