AI Engineering Lead

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge AI systems that transform healthcare. You will own the entire AI strategy across our ClinicOS platform, architecting our AI-first future and driving innovation in AI-powered clinical care, growth, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead our AI systems across the entire company, ensuring seamless integration with OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models.
  • Drive AI adoption across our clinical operating system, automating manual processes and creating AI assistants that enhance our providers' effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI to transform our conversion funnel from personalized outreach sequences to AI sales agents that close deals.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of highly relevant experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning.
  • Strong experience building production applications powered by LLMs, including prompt and context engineering, RAG systems, model fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Strong programming skills using TypeScript and/or Python.
