Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to join our team as a Transformation Experience Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and lead immersive workshops that blend human-centred design, behavioural science, and AI-enabled methods to help clients achieve breakthrough outcomes in transformation.

You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business strategy contexts and translate them into impactful experiences. This will involve managing project teams, providing direction and mentorship, and overseeing the financial aspects of projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to bring people together to solve complex problems. You will also have experience with AI tools and technologies, and be able to apply them to create innovative solutions for clients.

  • Design and Facilitate Transformation Experiences: Use business design, behavioral science, and gamification to create impactful wavespace experiences that translate business challenges into actionable outcomes.
  • Manage Project Teams: Provide direction and mentorship to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee Financial Aspects: Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Apply AI Tools: Use AI to design and run sessions, and bring AI-literate content into relevant experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesExperience Design
  1. Translate business challenges into impactful wavespace experiences.
  2. Deliverables could be journeys, artefacts and decision frameworks that drive clear commitments and next steps.
  3. Provide direction and mentorship to project teams.
  4. Manage budgets and forecasts.
  5. Use AI to design and run sessions.
Client Engagement
  1. Serve as the primary interface with internal and external clients.
  2. Partner with EY teams to deliver client experiences.
