In this role, you will support programs and projects related to corporate change initiatives impacting how the bank operates, provides services, or executes functions. You will assist department managers with critical initiatives, communicate and negotiate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with strategic goals, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
The position involves working within the Transformation team on NFRR, Tax, and Credit Reporting Operations, focusing on deploying change to enhance the bank's Non Financial Regulatory Reporting capabilities, including Transaction Reporting. Responsibilities include prioritizing, planning, and implementing regulatory and discretionary change initiatives, managing project lifecycle from inception to implementation, and collaborating with various stakeholders such as the Transaction Reporting Controls Group, Global Markets Operations, Front Office, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Tax.
The key responsibilities include:
Managing projects of varying scales
Identifying and mitigating risks and issues
Developing schedules and milestones
Reporting on progress and budget
Producing governance documentation
Ensuring compliance with global change policies
Leading working groups and steering committees
Managing acceptance testing and post-implementation reviews
Additional responsibilities involve defining program controls, partnering with sponsors and teams, tracking milestones, analyzing risks, and facilitating effective decision-making across projects.
Skills required include process design, program and project management, reporting, strategy development, issue and risk management, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and workforce planning. The candidate should have significant experience in change management, a background in global markets or regulatory projects, knowledge of APAC or global transaction reporting jurisdictions, and experience managing teams and working in agile environments.
Preferred skills include time management, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement mindset, and adaptability under pressure.
