Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices in heavy transportation and haulage operations. Develop and manage budgets for business development activities, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining profitability. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators related to heavy transportation and haulage operations. JOB REQUIREMENT: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in heavy transportation, haulage, logistics, or infrastructure projects. Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, and client acquisition within the heavy transport sector. Familiarity with equipment and fleet capabilities (e.g., hydraulic modular trailers, multi‑axle transporters, cranes). Willing to travel locally and regionally for client visits and site meetings. Strong market analysis, research, and reporting skills to support data‑driven decision‑making.
