Senior Presales Network Consultant (Japanese Speaking)

Location: Singapore – CBD / Tanjong Pagar

What You'll Do

  • Act as a
    trusted technical advisor
    , supporting the sales team with solutions expertise and product knowledge.
  • Understand customer
    business and technical requirements
    , identifying opportunities to deliver value.
  • Design the
    right solutions
    to achieve customer outcomes, ensuring maximum ROI and satisfaction.
  • Prepare
    technical offers and cost proposals
    , and confidently present solutions to customers.
  • Stay ahead of
    market trends
    to recommend new products and services that complement our core solutions.
  • Collaborate with key
    technology and business partners
    to strengthen relationships and drive success.
  • Seamlessly hand over confirmed projects to the post-sales team for delivery.
  • Support customer retention and drive
    upsell opportunities
    for our services.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum
    5 years of IT experience
    in networking.
  • Hands-on expertise in one or more areas is an advantage:
  • Cisco Data Center technologies
  • Network Security (Firewall, VPN, etc.)
  • Cisco ISE
  • Cisco WLAN
  • Strong
    business acumen
    and passion for keeping up-to-date with evolving technologies.
  • Proven experience in
    customer-facing roles
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in
    both English and Japanese
    (required to liaise with counterparts in Japan and HQ).
