About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Junior Presales Network Consultant to support our sales team in delivering cutting-edge network solutions to enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to identify business needs and translate them into network solutions.
  • Design technical proposals and present them clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Provide consultation and guidance to ensure customers get maximum value from our offerings.
  • Stay updated with market trends and emerging technologies in the networking space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to support sales initiatives.
  • Assist in retaining and expanding customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT networking (Cisco technologies preferred).
  • Familiarity with network security (Firewalls, VPNs), Cisco ISE, and WLAN solutions.
  • Proven ability in solution presentation and proposal development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or presales role is essential.
  • Keen interest in business outcomes and how technology drives value.
