This role is pivotal in maintaining employee satisfaction, compliance, and efficient HR service delivery. Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment: screen resumes, schedule interviews. Assist in preparing job descriptions and requisition forms for approval. Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and support hiring logistics. Support employee inquiries on policies, payroll, and benefits. Support in coordinating employee engagement activities. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation. Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, leave, claims, and benefits. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore and Malaysia labor laws and internal policies. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Malay or Mandarin) are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
