Ethernet Standards Expert

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of cutting-edge Ethernet technologies.

This key role involves leading the interpretation, design, and planning of Ethernet protocols based on our interconnect technology strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industry trends and be able to drive innovative protocol architecture design for data center networks in optical interconnect and AI scenarios.

We are looking for a results-driven individual with exceptional English writing and international negotiation skills, capable of leading technical proposals at international standards meetings.

The selected candidate will be responsible for building a knowledge system for protocol technologies, cultivating key team talents, and promoting our influence in protocol technologies within the industry.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related field, or a Master's degree with extensive relevant experience.

You will also require over 5 years of experience in protocol design and standardization, with a proven track record in leading protocol standardization projects in the optical interconnect domain.

A strong background in full-stack technologies of Ethernet, UEC, UAlink, IEEE802.3, as well as excellent strategic thinking and team management abilities, are essential for this position.
