Our debut property in India, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai epitomizes "Powerhouse Luxury" in a city known for its non-stop energy. Renowned for its exceptional dining experiences, including the award-winning AER Mumbai rooftop bar and the popular pan-Asian restaurant San:Qi, our hotel boasts four open-style kitchens overseen by expert chefs offering a diverse menu of Indian, Chinese, Thai, and Japanese specialties.In this role, you will support the Director of IT and IT Supervisor in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all computer systems, data management, and communication networks within the property. Your responsibilities will include:- Maintain a high level of operational reliability and stability for property-based technology.- Provide administration services as a central point of contact for technology-related issues.- Manage server infrastructure by assisting in planning, design, capacity planning, performance monitoring, upgrades, troubleshooting, backup procedures, and virus protection.- Oversee network infrastructure planning, design, implementation, troubleshooting, and vendor management.- Offer deskside support for service outage diagnosis, desktop repair, coordination with third-party vendors, troubleshooting, and virus protection.- Handle systems administration tasks such as user account management, troubleshooting access issues, and documentation.- Ensure compliance with contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain Four Seasons" technology standards.- Participate in technology initiatives at the property and corporate levels, adhering to best practices and proactive maintenance processes.- Provide 24/7 support for critical systems and assist in new acquisitions, openings, and major projects as needed.- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned to contribute to the efficient operation of technology services at the property.Your role at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai will be integral to maintaining a seamless technology environment that supports our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding our brand's core values.,
