**Job Description - Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Technology Strategy:

- Develop and implement technology strategies to enhance the agency's operations and services. Identify emerging technologies and innovations relevant to the travel industry.

2. Innovation Management:

- Foster a culture of innovation within the organization. Lead research and development initiatives to create new travel experiences and products.

3. Technology Integration:

- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency in booking, customer service, and operations. Ensure seamless integration of software and hardware systems.

4. Data Analysis:

- Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and market trends. Make data-driven decisions to enhance offerings and customer experiences.

5. Cybersecurity and Compliance:

- Ensure the security and privacy of customer data. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

6. Team Leadership:

- Manage a team of technology professionals, fostering skill development and collaboration.
- Delegate tasks and oversee project timelines. Produce and present to Management a monthly result.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology and innovation management, with a focus on the travel industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in technology solutions and software relevant to the travel sector.
