What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience across all service touchpoints. This role involves managing inbound and outbound communications, coordinating service appointments, and supporting operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Greet and engage every customer in a friendly and professional manner. Serve as the first point of telephone contact for customer support requests. Accurately collect and update customer personal details, vehicle registration, and ownership information; raise change management forms as needed. Verify support agreement and warranty validity according to local guidelines. Log all customer interactions, including compliments and complaints, in the CRM system. Ensure complete and accurate data entry in CRM and schedule appointments across all service centres. Offer mobility services to customers during booking. Screen technical calls and assign them to the correct Customer Service Advisor (CSA) and
