You are a brand ambassador with some key tasks: Coaching the sales team (reinforcing their product knowledge and sales techniques)Growing the turnover Encouraging customer loyalty through your courtesy and relevant advice Having an in-depth knowledge of our story, our offer, our silhouettes, and our collections Keeping the brand image bright On a day-to-day basis, your role involves: Your role as a link with the point-of-sale Manager Motivating the sales team and sharing your expertise with them Offering our customers a personalised purchasing experience Keeping the point of sale clean and tidy and the merchandising up to date Stock Management In-depth knowledge of KPIs such as the sales index, the average basket, transformation rate, and omnichannel sales You will also be responsible for ensuring that ba&sh CSR policy is adhered to in your store and will act as its ambassador on a daily basis.
