Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities across various business units. This includes talent acquisition, employee management, retention, performance management, training and development, compensation and welfare, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the construction industry.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fillings of vacancies.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Manage payroll processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure understanding and compliance with labor laws and regulations, including Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR management in the construction industry.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and relevant labor laws and policies.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
