It supports the development and realization of the HMGICS Technology Roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of innovative technologies and efficient project management practices. What To Expect Lead end-to-end management of digital transformation projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Create detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues across the project lifecycle. Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor project performance and report progress. Champion Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate. Collaborate with HMG stakeholders to plan and implement the technology roadmap. Design, develop, and maintain digital transformation use cases and technology catalogue; design, develop, and maintain ecosystem of technology and innovation partners, in collaboration with HMG stakeholders. Define and implement methodologies to measure performance and project ROI. Engage with manufacturing stakeholders to gather data and identify critical pain points. Analyze data to identify operational bottlenecks and system limitations. Leverage data analysis and collaborative workshops to develop practical and sustainable solutions. Provide project management support to operational teams during solution implementation. Oversee technical integration of robots with existing systems (WMS, MES, ERP, IoT platforms). Monitor post-deployment performance and ensure a smooth handover to production teams. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous innovation. Drive change management and stakeholder engagement throughout. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, manufacturing, business process re-engineering, IT/OT system development, process innovation, or business/system consulting. Strong understanding of digital transformation in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing. Familiarity with mobile robots (AMRs, AGVs), robotics integration, and Industry 4.0 technologies. Experience with systems such as WMS, MES, PLCs, SCADA, or ERP. Strong technical expertise in process innovation consulting projects, IT/OT system development projects, and data analysis or business intelligence implementation. In-depth understanding of the manufacturing industry. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
