Duties & Responsibilities As Senior Project Manager, Robotics, you will be instrumental in delivering complex robotics initiatives with precision, safety, and operational excellence. You will manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, software, and operations to execute projects from concept to deployment, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. This role is pivotal to Certis’ strategy to expand its robotics footprint across high-value contracts and government-linked tenders in Singapore and beyond. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of robotics projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met. Act as the primary client interface, providing assurance through structured governance, clear reporting, and proactive communication. Oversee all project documentation, testing protocols, risk assessments, and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Coordinate internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and technology partners to ensure seamless integration of robotics systems into operational environments. Support tender preparation and project proposals with technical, scheduling, and cost insights. Manage overseas proof-of-concept (POC) and deployment projects, maintaining consistency in quality, documentation, and operational standards. Track and report project performance to senior management, identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Project Management, or a related discipline. 8–10 years of experience managing large-scale robotics, automation, or advanced technology projects. Strong expertise in project governance, documentation, testing, compliance, and risk management. Experience working with government, enterprise, or high-security clients. Solid understanding of robotics systems, AI, IoT, or autonomous platforms in operational environments. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
