As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join our team and drive financial excellence within our organization.Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic-minded Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our AI and robotics company. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role requires a strong leader with excellent analytical skills and a passion for finance in the technology industry.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cost statements and cash flow statements. Perform detailed cost analysis, including material, labor and overhead costs. Monitor and analyze inventory costs, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting. Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting, and monitor financial performance against budget. Manage the company's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Oversee the company's financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CMA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry, particularly in AI and robotics, is preferred. Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Power BI and SAP.
