**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Professional in charge of commissioning the OTSAW Products including but not limited to Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Commissioning of OTSAW Products from system setup to route mapping and product operations testing
- Attending to Tier 3 technical issues including but not limited to the major hardware or software issues via remote or on-site support
- Training of the Product Operators and Robotics Field Team in operating a newly setup system
- Executing other related tasks on behalf of Robotics Operations Team whenever necessary
- Assisting other technical team in conducting test and validation of product improvements based on operations criteria
- Preparing and overseeing of all project operations-related documentations for submission to the relevant parties
- Providing useful feedback and idea to the Project Manager in improving quality of work and procedures
- Working closely with Project Manager in meeting the team’s objective

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or other related fields
- Relevant certificate or license will be an added advantage
- Proven work experience as Project Engineer or similar role
- Strong background in engineering or technology industry
- Knowledge and experience in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) will be an added advantage
- Strong background in AutoCAD, ElcoCAD and any other design and planning software.
- Basic understanding of LINUX (Ubuntu) System and software troubleshooting will be an added advantage
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical / electrical prints and other related technical documentation
- Strong working knowledge of equipment, tools and components used in the industry
- Meticulous, organized and able to keep tight timelines with good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable travelling locally and overseas on a short notice
- Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure
- Possessing a valid driving license will be an added advantage
