Your Role: Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates. Engage with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience. Contribute fresh ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies. Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company. Plan and execute marketing programs targeting corporate and executive audiences. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand promotion. Develop engaging content for our social media platforms to promote our brand, attract potential talent, and engage with our audience. What We're Looking For: Possess a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative mindset with a passion for social media marketing. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Students applying through a credit-bearing graded school internship with prior experience in Recruitment would be a plus.
