Job Responsibilities Design and execute annual APAC go‐to‐market plans, including customer experience, lead generation and awareness tactics with measurable impact. May include conference sponsorships, speaking opportunities, bespoke events, memberships/partnerships and APAC specific content and messages. Collaborate with Go To Market functions to develop sales and lead generation strategies aligned with company priorities. Serve as key point of contact/partner for executives across APAC countries to understand business and market dynamics, key objectives and opportunities to drive growth. Partner across Global Corporate Communications & Marketing (GCCM) functions to support marketing activities and align to corporate messaging and strategies. Evaluate and onboard in‐market vendors as needed to support plan execution. Influence key stakeholders and drive accountability in a matrixed model across the organization to ensure high‐quality delivery of initiatives and a return on investment. Define metrics and dashboards and ensure regular reporting to alert business leaders to efforts and impact. Manage dedicated budget. Contribute to tools, templates and methodologies to speed impact, quality and effectiveness – making the GCCM team easy to work with and for. Activities Acts as a central GCC&M contact and triage for APAC marketing. Partners with business leaders to develop annual marketing strategy and plan. Shares current business state and needs with GCC&M colleagues. Proactively aligns GCC&M and vendor resources against priority business needs. Understands key customer accounts/audience needs and behaviors and provides insight and counsel on market dynamics. Collaborates across teams to understand and prioritize business needs. Understands the competitive market and how that impacts business stakeholders. Regularly assesses internal partnership and GCC&M program performance to drive quality improvement efforts. Qualification Requirements 10+ years of hands‐on experience in the following areas: B2B marketing, demand generation, go to market strategy. Bachelor's degree (BA) in relevant field. Deep understanding of local markets and the ability to tailor marketing strategies accordingly. Healthcare, CRO and/or biopharmaceutical services marketing experience a plus though not required. Exceptional writing, editing and presentation skills; project management skills; and consultative skills (including effective questioning, critical thinking, stakeholder management and communication methodology application). Flexible and able to successfully navigate ambiguity and succeed in a rapidly changing, fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment with multiple priorities. Driven and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to successfully influence and effectively work functions without formal reporting lines; must also be able to work with a high degree of independence. Ability to crystallize significant amounts of information to most critical points and confidence to make decisions quickly. Entrepreneurial mindset while operating within a Corporate environment. Summary Lead the development and execution of an Asia‐Pacific (APAC) marketing plan to support pipeline growth, drive awareness and enhance reputation for Syneos Health in the rapidly growing regional market. As an expert marketer, this individual is comfortable directing highly visible initiatives and working collaboratively with senior leaders, is proactive, attentive to detail and is mindful of the broader environment – adaptable to change. This matrixed role will work closely with local country leaders, while reporting into the Global Corporate Communications & Marketing team, ensuring local and corporate alignment.
