About the Company:
Our client is a global leader with a presence in more than 50 countries, offering a full suite of digital transformation, Cloud, and IT solutions to both Enterprise and Public Sector verticals. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Director to join their team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and work in synergy with technical teams to propose comprehensive solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
About the Role:
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new business by focusing on solution-based selling.
- Proactively identify and engage new logo clients within the Enterprise and Public Sector verticals. Craft and execute comprehensive sales strategies for market penetration and growth, with a focus on solution-based selling.
- Lead the entire sales cycle for complex digital services, including Managed Cloud Services, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), advanced cybersecurity, digital transformation, and SAP solutions.
- Collaborate closely with technical and pre-sales teams to develop compelling, tailored proposals that address specific client challenges. This includes articulating how our Managed Cloud Services, advanced Security, and SAP Solutions can solve their business problems.
- Build and rigorously manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progression of opportunities from qualification to close. Achieve and exceed aggressive quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Foster synergy with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and delivery, ensuring alignment on go-to-market strategies and seamless solution delivery.
Skills and experience required
- Relevant experience within a Systems Integrator (SI) or IT Solutions company, with a proven track record in both public and private sectors, such as transportation, manufacturing, and healthcare.
- Experience in offering Managed Cloud Services, SAP Solutions, Security Services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence executive-level stakeholders.
