NetSfere is an award-winning, cloud-based, enterprise messaging service that offers a secure platform for internal communication and collaboration, giving IT total control over employee messaging across multiple devices. NetSfere provides industry-leading security and message delivery capabilities, including global cloud-based service availability, device-to-device encryption, location-based features and administrative controls. ICS also provides high quality Short Messaging Services (SMS) to enterprises as part of its Omnichannel offering.
In view of our expansion of our NetSfere in Asia Pacific & Middle East Region, ICS is currently looking for a senior Sales Professional to be based in its Singapore office to spearhead the growth of NetSfere and SMS in the Greater China region. We are looking for entrepreneurial spirited people to join our team and be part of our unprecedented growth in the Enterprise Mobile space.
Working in Sales at ICS provides a compelling opportunity for Sales Professionals with a proven track record of exceeding quota in mobile technology sales. We are building our sales organization to be made up of ambitious sales professionals committed to our vision of providing the need for advanced mobile messaging solutions. You will execute a sales strategy within an assigned region and drive revenue growth by developing new customers in the enterprise space. This will be both direct sales to enterprise customers and indirect through channel partners as needed. We currently have an open position for Director of Sales.
**Job Summary**:
- Based in ICS Singapore office
- This position reports to the SVP of Asia Pac & Middle East Sales and its primary role is to deliver new enterprise accounts in the Financial, Healthcare, Government and Legal sectors in Greater China Region through a combination of direct and indirect sales engagements.
- This role is a pure sales role as opposed to a business development role
- Work as a key member of the Sales Team driving revenue growth in region.
- A hunter mentality is required for this position so a large personal rolodex and assertive personality is needed.
- Work cooperatively with other regions on global accounts.
- Lead the development of the sales region for ICS focusing primarily on NetSfere and secondary on our SMS-based Omnichannel product.
- Exceed sales quotas set by ICS by driving direct and indirect sales aggressively through sales best practices, training and support.
- Deliver proof of concept / pilot projects to demonstrate the value of ICS’ solutions
- Deliver proof of concept to demonstrate NetSfere value to the enterprises and carriers.
- Assist Marketing with competitive analyses, trade shows, case studies, creating demo scripts, demo videos and white papers.
- Articulate ICS’ product features and differentiated offerings to audiences ranging from CxOs to engineers in primarily the enterprise space.Work closely with Product Management to understand and help develop ICS’ product roadmap.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering.
- 8+ years’ proven hunter-type experience selling enterprise mobile messaging solutions such as SMS, Skype for Business, SLACK, Wickr, KORE and TigerText to enterprises in the Financial Services, Healthcare, or Government sectors
- Have good contacts and relationships in one of the industry verticals such as financial services, healthcare, and government sectors.
- Experience with/knowledge of mobile messaging solutions is large plus.
- Experience selling telecom products/services to enterprise customers is a plus.
- Sales experiences and contacts in Greater China region is a plus
- Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and closing deals as you work with C-level and other decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel on company business on an as needed basis with short notification.
- A self-disciplined person who is organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
- A proactive and can-do attitude with strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong sales presentation skills with very good inter-personal relationship skills.
