Temp HR Senior Executive / Asst Manager, Assurance & Corporate Excellence, Up $4.5K (2 Headcounts)Duration: 12 Months Contract Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.30PM (Monday to Friday)Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process Prepare and administration of contracts for new hires and staff movement. Support onboarding and offboarding processes Handle employee inquiries regarding HR matters and provide guidance on policies Maintain and update employee personnel records to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with data protection regulations. Assist with ad-hoc HR projects or process improvement initiatives as directed (for example digitisation of files, records clean-up, system migration). This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers Well-versed with Workday, HRP and recruitment platforms Knowledge in strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, TAFEP guidelines and industrial relations Strong time management and priorities management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
