Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the HR team in administrative tasks, data management, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. This temporary role (3 – 6 months) is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations. Job Scope Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and document management Support the team in ad hoc HR projects and tasks Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR systems Guide stakeholders on the new HR systems Assist stakeholders with any queries related to HR systems Assist in recruitment related matters such as post job advertisement, facilitate selection and assessment of applicants Other ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned. Job Requirement Min O/A level, Undergraduate or Graduated /Diploma/Degree Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to start work immediately Location/ Address: 383 Sin Ming Dr, Singapore Working days: Monday to Friday Working hours: 8am to 5.30pm This position is already closed and no longer available.
