**Responsibilities**:
- **HR Systems Administration and Data Management**:Maintaining the HR database, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, managing organizational charts, and overseeing electronic filing.
- **Onboarding and Offboarding**:Managing the full onboarding process, from pre-employment contact to induction and probation, as well as managing leaver processes. This includes creating onboarding materials and coordinating induction programs.
- **Learning and Development (L&D)**:Coordinating all L&D activities, including training courses, seminars, appraisals, compliance training, CPD tracking, and maintaining training records and equipment.
- **Talent Acquisition**:Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for specified Asian region client groups, from needs forecasting and job posting to offer acceptance.
- **Payroll Support**:Assisting with payroll administration, development, and management in the Asian region.
- **General HR Administration**:Handling ad-hoc HR duties and providing general administrative support to the HR function.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and methodical approach.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (IRIS HR and Workable preferred).
- Experience working with international offices.
