Marketing Campaign Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing robust marketing campaigns that drive shopper traffic and spend to the mall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Plans: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that meet business objectives.
- Lead Marketing Team: Manage and motivate the marketing team to achieve campaign goals.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Develop and execute mall-wide campaigns, events, and loyalty programs that enhance customer experience and drive shopper traffic.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by managing and optimizing advertising sites and event spaces in the mall.
- Sponsorships and Partnerships: Source and solicit sponsorships and partnerships for marketing promotions and events.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication: A degree in marketing or mass communication or related discipline is required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in A&P in retail environment.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creative, resourceful, meticulous, and able to multi-task.
