You will be at the heart of turning brand vision into shopper engagement, leading product launches, promotional programs, and category management initiatives that strengthen customer partnerships, deliver ROI, and bring health-through-nutrition ambitions to life.
You will play a pivotal role in FMCG industry, collaborating closely with sales, brand, digital, CRM, merchandising, and scientific communication teams. You will engage with agencies, trade partners, and regional stakeholders to drive meaningful impact to customers, consumers, and communities.
A strong communicator and influencer, you thrive in entrepreneurial environments, can stand alone with accountability, and excel at cross-functional collaboration up to senior management level.
A proactive, hands-on approach and readiness to travel when needed will set you apart from the rest.The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or brand management within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or other fast-paced industries.
You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable managing budgets, portfolios, and promotional activities.
