Guest Service Ambassador (Front Office)Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore – award‐winning destination hotel located on Orchard Road. It was designed by WOHA and features four themed open‐air terraces: Forest, Beach, Garden and Cloud. The hotel is operated by Pan Pacific Hotels Group, a member of UOL Group Limited, and continues to earn global recognition for excellence in design and hospitality. Role As the Guest Service Ambassador we play a primary role in ensuring a positive arrival and departure experience for all guests, handling check‐in, check‐out and related reception duties. Expectations Provide an efficient reception experience, including check‐in, check‐out and complete audit procedures. Demonstrate up‐to‐date knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, local events and general product knowledge. Follow correct procedures for accepting foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy. Process guest credit at check‐in and check‐out per policy. Identify and record special billing instructions and act accordingly. Keep the Guest Service Team Leader fully aware of any guest or departmental feedback. Communicate special requests to the appropriate department or seek assistance from the Team Leader or Duty Manager. Communicate positive and negative guest comments to the Guest Services Team Leader or Duty Manager. Inform the Team Leader, Duty Manager and concerned departments about any potential credit risks. Report all incidents regarding Health & Safety, injury or damage to the Team Leader, Duty Manager and Security Manager per SOP. Talent Profile We seek a self‐motivated Guest Service Ambassador with excellent communication skills, able to anticipate guest needs. Minimum one year of related hospitality experience is required.
