**Position summary statement**:
The Guest Services Ambassador is responsible for the overall care, hospitality and service given to our residents throughout their stay. He/she shall provide a very personal, detailed, seamless service to guests.
The Guest Services Ambassador takes gentle care of all their guests from arrival until post-departure without imposing himself or herself on the guest, and they are the local connectors of their residents.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that all preferences of the incoming residents are taken, prepared and ready prior to arrival.
- Ensure our residents receive a fast and efficient check-in and check-out.
- Ensure all customer queries or requests are handled in a polite and efficient manner.
- Deliver a level of personalized service that exceeds not only the expectation of the resident but will add a point of difference from the service provided anywhere else within the Serviced Suites.
- The Guest Services Ambassador are the unique service touchpoint for the Serviced Suites. They are able to provide an orientation of the residents and offer local connections and access to business event and networks, exclusive social events as well as facilitate gathering for like-minded people.
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the serviced suites and local area.
- The Guest Services Ambassador should know all the preferences of the residents and through this, is able to personalise and tailor the services rendered to them.
- The Guest Services Ambassador must be seen by the guests in response to all the resident needs and requests.
- Ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities within the Serviced Suites.
- Adhere to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be received.
- Maintain and update guest history and marketing database as laid down in the front office procedures.
- To handle cashiering and night audit with efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure a high level of liaison is maintained between front office and all other departments within the hotel.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month
