**JOB SUMMARY**
The Guest Services Ambassador is the face of the hotel and plays a pivotal role in creating memories guest experiences from arrival to departure.
This role is responsible for delivering a warm welcome, personalised assistance and pro-active service to all guests throughout their stay, ensuring the highest level of hospitality standards. With a combination of passion for the job and concierge knowledge, you have the ability and empowerment to make the experience more than memorable.
A Guest Services Ambassador must have a positive and professional upbear personality with desire to deliver outstanding guest services to our guests.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Work closely with the Front Officer Manager to establish guest satisfaction in all aspects.
- Always greet and welcome guest in a friendly and professional manner upon arrivals.
- Engage with each guest as a unique individual and provide personalised services.
- Perform accurate check-in/out of guest, room orientation daily.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their stay experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and F&B to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Offer personalised concierge services including but not limited to restaurant recommendation, local attraction, transport arrangements and special request.
- Assist with luggage handling which includes, but not limited to, assisting with packing, unpacking, and organizing luggage.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and logs for future personalised stay.
- Uphold hotel grooming standards and represent hotel brand professionally.
- Support the Front Desk during busy period.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in the guest facing or concierge role.
- Diploma/ or Certificate in Tourism, Hospitality or related field
- Proficient in hotel systems (Opera Cloud)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**SKILLS**:
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
- Professional, organized and can multitask.
- Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
