Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish process condition and technology excellence.
  • Improve process capability and reduce production costs.
  • Evaluate and plan new equipment and materials.
  • Implement improvements to abnormal processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with effective communication and collaboration skills. A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning is essential. Semiconductor industry experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize yield by optimizing tools, processes or wafer fabrication recipes.
  • Troubleshoot wafer fabrication problems and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Work with other process areas to understand and control process deviations.
  • Ensure products meet required design and performance specifications.
  • Conduct research to assess process adjustment requirements.
