Corporate & Institutional Banking | RM | Sales

A leading regional financial institution is looking for a senior Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to strengthen its large corporate banking portfolio in Singapore. This role will focus on building and expanding relationships with major domestic corporates across selected priority sectors.

THE ROLE:
  • Together with the Team Lead, develop high-level strategies that align with overall the Singapore business' objectives.
  • Deepen existing relationships and develop new clients among large Singapore and international corporates.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the market and industry to drive high quality deal execution from initial contact to completion.
  • Support team leadership activities and provide mentorship where required.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 12 years experience in front-line corporate banking, mandatory to possess network into large corporates in Singapore.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a desire to lead and mentor.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate banking product suite, including lending and non-lending solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and people skills.
