Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, handle personnel matters.
  • Prepare documents for new hires, track due dates for confirmations, retirements, and medical checkups, manage employee onboarding.
  • Respond to queries on leave entitlements, pay rates, company doctor procedures, and HR matters, provide support for employees and management.
  • Assist with administration tasks such as medical insurance claims and work permit applications, handle administrative duties.
  • Administer salaries by calculating pay and process payroll accurately, manage compensation and benefits.
  • Provide information on employee salaries and labour costs, offer insights into workforce expenses.
  • Complete forms for external agencies like CPF Board, Income Tax Department, SDF, and Mindef, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • O-Level/NITEC/Diploma in HR or Business Management, relevant educational background.
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience, significant experience in HR field.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes is preferred, understanding of payroll systems.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, excellent communication abilities.
