Job Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of employees' personal records, administering employee leave and attendance, updating training records, and monitoring training progress.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employees' personal records
  • Administer employee leave and attendance
  • Update all training records and monitor training progress
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR department

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office (Eg. Microsoft Excel and Word)
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent related qualification
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in human resources and administration
  • Candidates with construction industry experience are preferred and will receive training
