Job Title:

Support Team Member - Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Team Member to join our Talent Acquisition team.

About the Role:

  • This role involves providing administrative support to our hiring managers and recruitment coordinators, ensuring timely and efficient end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating interviews, scheduling candidate onboarding sessions, and maintaining accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • A key aspect of this role is sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and databases, to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this position, as you will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and improve recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and databases.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, liaising between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications based on job requirements.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS to ensure accuracy and compliance with recruitment processes.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing necessary documents, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Collaboration with HR Team: Work closely with HR team members and department managers to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, maintaining files, and assisting with ad-hoc HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above.
  • A passion for people and creating positive workplace experiences.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
