Job Title: HR Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our human resources team as an HR Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, managing manpower agencies, and maintaining accurate records in human resource databases.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be required to coordinate interviews, collect candidate documents, and engage with hiring divisions on selection decisions.

You will also be responsible for liaising with and managing manpower agencies for hiring, contract renewals/expiries of temporary staff, billing verification, and budget monitoring.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology
  • Relevant experience in HR will be preferred, but entry-level applicants are welcomed
  • Only Singaporeans
