Senior Database and Middleware Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our database and middleware transformation projects. This role demands exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for infrastructure, middleware, and database projects, ensuring stability, compliance, and high availability.
  • Manage complex migrations, including database, middleware, and OS upgrades, with minimal business disruption.
  • Oversee production L3 support for middleware & DB environments, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Design and implement high-availability setups for critical banking applications, meeting RTO/RPO targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in database administration, middleware, and IT project delivery (banking/financial services preferred).
  • Proven expertise in SQL performance tuning, shell scripting, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong knowledge of banking application environments and regulatory compliance.
