Job Title: Chief Technology Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Strategist to lead our technology function in a rapidly growing startup. This role requires a self-motivated individual with expertise in building consumer-centric and highly scalable mobile-first platforms on open-source technology stacks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's technology roadmap, overseeing digital assets, driving integration projects, and managing IT infrastructure. They will also be expected to launch mobile apps, architect solutions, and handle store infrastructure, connectivity, software, security, etc.

This is an equity-based role, and we welcome individuals with high learnability, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience from premier institutes with a background in Software Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's technology roadmap and day-to-day operations to support the business\
• Oversee the digital assets of the company, including the portal, blog, Android and iOS mobile apps\
• Drive integration projects to unify the technology landscape of two companies (eCommerce portal and brick-and-mortar business)\
• Manage the IT infrastructure of the company, including datacenter servers and cloud servers\
• Handle store infrastructure, connectivity, software, security, etc.\
• Launch mobile apps and be a hands-on coder who enjoys tackling complex problems while keeping solutions simple\
• Lead the full development process from understanding product/business objectives to scalability\
• Architectural design for multi-layered systems\
• Code review and architect solutions for new project requirements, including web, storage, database layers, and APIs\
