Responsibilities:
- 1. Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination to attract and secure top talent.
- 2. Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with key employee movements-onboarding new hires, facilitating offboarding procedures, and coordinating internal transfers-to ensure seamless transitions.
- 3. HR Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate HR records and employee data; support HR policy implementation and ensure strict adherence to Singapore's employment regulations (MOM guidelines).
- 4. Culture & Stakeholder Collaboration: Organize employee engagement activities to promote positive corporate culture; collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide recruitment updates.
- 5. Ad-Hoc HR Initiatives: Contribute to HR projects (e.g., process optimization, policy reviews) to enhance team productivity and employee experience.
