Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore, an esteemed arts institution with a global reputation seeks an administrative strong HRIS Migration Specialist (8-months contract) at the People Excellence Office.
Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced
HRIS Migration Specialist
with a strong background in
payroll systems and processes
to support the successful migration and implementation of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role will play a critical part in planning, executing, and delivering data migration activities across the spectrum.
In addition, other HR Projects and administrative tasks for Recruitment & Selection and Learning & Development as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
You should ideally possess a Diploma qualification in any discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience, in payroll and benefits administration.
You should be numerate and have strong proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge of Unit 4 ProSoft System or SAP would be an advantage.
The ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, meet all deadlines, together with strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure will be essential. You will be required to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
