Here's a sneak peek at the kind of meaningful work you'll lead: Regulation Guardian: Help the company stay aligned with key laws like the Private Security Industry Act and Employment Act Policy Pro: Draft and maintain internal policies that keep everyone marching in the right direction Trusted Advisor: Offer practical compliance guidance to departments when they need it most Audit Ace: Support and coordinate external audits such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064 and RBA standards Sustainability Driver: Champion ESG reporting and initiatives that support a greener future Partner with the Pros: Work closely with auditors and regulators Grant Supporter: Assist in managing grant applications and requirements with relevant agencies Who You Are (Your Super Strengths)You bring knowledge, initiative, and a passion for doing the right thing: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline 1–5 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or similar roles Experience with SACE is advantageous Familiar with ISO standards? That's a plus Love sustainability and ESG topics?
