Job Description
Join us as an Executive, Operations (Data Management and Administration) at the National University of Singapore.
We value the health and wellbeing of our staff and aim to facilitate people’s journey towards a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing. We are looking for an Executive to provide comprehensive front desk, administrative, and operational support at the University Counselling Centre.
The role involves providing efficient client appointment management, prompt stakeholder communication, accurate data handling, and smooth execution of daily operations and departmental initiatives. The individual will also support ad-hoc departmental projects/activities as assigned by the management.
Responsibilities
Execute front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing telephone calls, and handling email enquiries.
Attend and respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Provide support for planning, logistics, coordination, and execution of department events and initiatives.
Data Management
Extract and tabulate data on a regular basis for reporting and decision-making.
Be involved in data analysis and understand system-related issues.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
Administrative Tasks
Provide support for administrative functions, including procurement, invoicing, and office management.
Perform ad-hoc departmental projects/activities as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.
Good knowledge of front-end and data visualization tools for analytics applications.
Good analytical, synthesis, and communication capacity.
