Overview HR Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Perm / Tuas) role at AccountStaff. The HR personnel plays a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions within a food processing environment and ensures HR operations run smoothly and align with regulatory requirements and business goals. Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for production and office roles; manage onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution; promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Payroll & HR Administration: Oversee monthly payroll processing; maintain accurate employee records, leave tracking, and attendance systems. Work Pass & Regulatory Compliance: Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes (e.g., S Pass, Work Permit); ensure compliance with local labor laws and MOM regulations. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process and assist in implementing improvement plans. HR Policy & Reporting: Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures; generate HR reports and analytics for management review. Qualifications & Experience Experience in managing HR operations within a food processing environment is preferred. Familiarity with local labor laws and MOM regulations; ability to handle work passes and regulatory requirements. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
