Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit sales invoices to customers.
  • Process payments (GIRO, FAST, etc.) to vendors.
  • Perform data entry for invoices (sales/purchases/expenses), payments, and receipts.
  • Assist in month-end closing.
  • Maintain proper and systematic filing of documents.
  • Handle general administrative matters to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests accordingly via phone calls or emails.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of GCE 'N' level, Nitec, or equivalent.
  • Good attitude and written/spoken communication skills (English and Mandarin).
  • Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the AUTOCOUNT Accounting System is an advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
  • Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.
