Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into powerful solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to ensure seamless client handovers.
  • Implement creative ways to enhance client relationships and promote other related services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Indonesian as this is a client-facing role that requires interactions in both languages with local stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Desirable Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or management consulting.
  • Ability to proactively reach out to clients and provide value-added services.
