Indoor Air Quality Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the maintenance of healthy indoor environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and documenting potential environmental hazards, collaborating with experts in remediation strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential areas of concern
- Collect and analyze samples (air, surface, bulk) using approved protocols
- Use specialized equipment such as moisture meters and infrared cameras to detect potential issues
- Document findings and prepare comprehensive inspection reports
- Collaborate with experts to develop remediation and prevention plans
- Educate clients on risks and recommended actions
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices
- Diploma or certification in Environmental Science, Building Inspection, Occupational Health, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in indoor environmental quality or mould inspection preferred
- Familiarity with sampling tools and lab analysis procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Must be able to conduct site inspections in various environments
