Job Title: Environmental Quality Professional
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our efforts in maintaining healthy indoor environments.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, HVAC systems, and construction sites to identify potential environmental hazards.
- Collect and analyze samples (air, surface, bulk) using approved protocols to determine the presence of pollutants.
- Utilize moisture meters and infrared cameras to detect potential areas of concern and document findings.
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and collaborate with environmental experts to develop remediation and prevention plans.
- Educate clients and stakeholders on risks and recommended actions to mitigate environmental hazards.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in Environmental Science, Building Inspection, Occupational Health, or related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in indoor environmental quality or mold inspection is required.
- Strong background in science and mathematics is essential for this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
