Indoor Environmental Quality Specialist \
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in supporting healthy indoor environments. Our ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate technical findings clearly.
\Job Description:

- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, HVAC systems, and construction sites to identify potential environmental hazards. \
- Collect and analyze samples (air, surface, bulk) using approved protocols to determine the presence of pollutants. \
- Use moisture meters and infrared cameras to detect potential areas of concern and document findings. \
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and assist in developing remediation and prevention plans in collaboration with environmental experts. \
- Educate clients and stakeholders on risks and recommended actions to mitigate environmental hazards. \
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence. \
- Diploma or certification in Environmental Science, Building Inspection, Occupational Health, or related field is preferred, along with 1-2 years of experience in indoor environmental quality or mould inspection. \
- A strong background in science and mathematics is essential for this role, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \
- The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence. \
